Hi! I’m Adina (she/her), and I promise you don’t have to leave the parts of yourself that feel “different” at the door. If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit the mold, you’re in the absolute right place—I celebrate the beautifully messy, unique ways we all show up in the world, because I’m a bit of a weirdo myself! I am neurodivergent-LGBTQIA+ affirming-clinical social worker and a little quirky. My style is warm, open, and intensely human. I love when clients let me into their actual lives—the quick tour of a newly redecorated space, the introduction to your ridiculously cute pet, or the latest cool thing you created. When you let me see you, in all your genuine glory, that’s where the real, supportive work begins. Think of our time as a space where being completely yourself is the main goal.
I come to this work with a deep passion for healing complex trauma, driven by my own survival journey. I believe that every single tool you’ve developed was a necessary, brilliant strategy to get you through the toughest times. The truth is, sometimes we’re still carrying those survival tools long after the danger is gone, and they end up making us feel stuck or confused today.
My job is to meet you exactly where you are and, with warm, direct encouragement, help you sort through that toolkit. We’ll celebrate the wisdom of your past while gently asking: “Which of these tools still serves your life now, and which ones are we ready to unlearn?” I am here to support your goals, illuminate those tricky blind spots, and help you intentionally pick up more relevant, helpful tools. For those moments when you feel truly stuck, I use powerful modalities like EMDR to help your brain process the past so you can step fully and freely into the present. Let’s start shedding the old survival gear and build a future that truly fits you.
If this sounds like what you’ve been looking for you can go here to schedule a session. If you’re still not sure, let’s meet! I offer a 15 minute phone consultation before taking you on as a client to ensure we’re a good fit. I am currently able to provide therapy to clients living in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.
